Lemon Juice

Grated Garlic
Pinch of mint Leave
Prep :
In a bowl mix all the shredded ingredients and toss well .
For Dressing :
Olive Oil : 1 table spoon
Cheese : 1/4 cup
White Vinegar
Lemon Juice
Freshly grounded Black pepper
Pinch of mint Leave
While Serving mix shredded ingredients and dressing and serve with seasoning
